This Compliance Policy outlines the behavioral expectations and restrictions that apply to all experts participating in engagements through Talisman Insight. It is contractually binding and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

By agreeing to participate in any engagement, you confirm that:

• You will not share confidential, proprietary, or material non-public information (MNPI)
   
• You will not provide investment, legal, medical, or other forms of professional advice
   
• You are not participating in violation of any employment, legal, or contractual obligations
   
• You will speak only from your firsthand experience and publicly available information
   
• You may be asked to complete a brief compliance reaffirmation before each engagement
   
• Your session may be recorded with your written consent for internal compliance or client research purposes only

• If you are unsure about your ability to participate, decline the engagement and contact: compliance@talismaninsight.com
   
• You can request deletion of any recording or transcript, subject to legal or client obligations.
   
• Violations of this policy may result in permanent removal from the network and may be reported to relevant authorities.
