• Collaborative Compliance Refinement: Employers are welcome to share external consulting policies with us so we can align and improve our processes.

By participating in any engagement, experts confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to Talisman Insight’s Expert Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Industry-Specific Compliance Addendum, as well as any engagement-specific restrictions provided.

• Policy Awareness: Experts must review and understand all agreements and guidelines before participating in any project.

• Eligibility for Projects: Only accept projects that comply with existing legal, professional, and contractual obligations.

• Protecting Information: Experts must not disclose confidential, proprietary, or material non-public information (MNPI) under any circumstances.

• Avoiding Conflicts: Avoid participating in projects that could present conflicts of interest.

• Client Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Talisman Insight’s clients, including their identities and business objectives.

• Ethical Disengagement: If a project involves topics or information experts are not authorized to discuss, they must withdraw immediately.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in the immediate termination of the expert’s partnership with Talisman Insight and may carry legal or regulatory consequences.
